Her approach encourages clients to examine how cultural influences, societal expectations, relationships, and work environments shape their internal experiences and impact their well-being. Eva is especially passionate about demystifying the counseling process and offering psychoeducation that empowers clients to make meaningful, informed changes in their lives.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Eva is deeply committed to social justice and the pursuit of equity within and beyond the therapeutic space. She approaches her work with an understanding of how systemic oppression, cultural marginalization, and historical trauma impact mental health, access to care, and a person’s sense of self. Eva creates a collaborative, affirming environment where clients from all backgrounds feel empowered to explore their experiences and define their own healing path. She has worked with individuals from diverse identities and life contexts—including differences in socioeconomic status, nationality, ethnicity, immigration status, religion, gender identity, sexuality, neurodivergence, and disability. Eva views cultural identity not as a barrier but as a rich source of strength, resilience, and insight. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in cultural humility, and she is dedicated to ongoing learning and advocacy in support of justice, inclusion, and meaningful change.
