Meet Our Clinicians
Heather received her master’s in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College of Professional Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. Heather has also received her Certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work. She is additionally trained in Gottman Couples Therapy levels I and II, as well as Gottman Treating Trauma and Affairs and Gottman Couples in Addiction Recovery. Heather also has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and utilizes this with individuals experiencing symptoms of trauma or who need to process significant life events. Heather enjoys working with adults, couples and a wide variety of relationship dynamics, exploring topics related to intimacy, communication, trust, connection, and relationship satisfaction. Heather is passionate about fostering an environment of open and honest discussion, giving permission to explore topics that are delicate in an intentional manner to help guide clients towards greater fulfillment personally and relationally.
Heather Harris, LPCC
Christine has her Masters of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and currently works as a middle school therapist with a previous role in a women’s jail for 5 years. Christine specializes in women’s mental health including trauma, addiction recovery, and domestic violence and is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Christine is also passionate about trauma related to diet culture and body image and promotes body neutrality. Christine works with adolescents and adults and also helps with parent-teen communication.
Christine Newman LISW-S
Tara has her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. Tara works with adults and families, specializing in trauma, anxiety/depression, communication skills, and transitional issues. Tara utilizes Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practices to help build clients’ lives around their core values and conquer anxiety, depression, and other mental ailments. Tara is passionate about creating a sense of safety and ease, restoring balance in her sessions, and providing clients with the tools to maintain these feelings in everyday life.
Tara Wade LPC
Eva received her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. Eva utilizes Person-Centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to foster a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and gain skills to manage their stress. Eva enjoys working with adults and adolescents, specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, self-image, and women’s issues. Clients will explore with Eva how factors like societal expectations, relationships, employment, and culture influence how we show up for ourselves and others. Eva is passionate about demystifying the counseling process and providing education that empowers her clients to better understand their experiences.
Eva Cross LPC
Elizabeth received her Masters of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and her Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She is passionate about psychoeducation on neurologic mechanisms. Elizabeth specializes in trauma, depression & anxiety, and disordered eating. Elizabeth utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which rewrites negative memories to positive memories in the brain using bilateral stimulation with eye movement - similar to EMDR but with faster results.
